What happens when you ask for an invoice
Type “invoice Rossi for the March consulting work”. The assistant finds the customer, creates the document, adds the lines and gives you back the number. The invoice really exists in your business software: you’ll find it in the list, you can print it, you can send it.
Real tools underneath
It isn’t a model pretending. Underneath the assistant there are hundreds of tools, one for everything you can do: create a quote, confirm it, record a payment, update stock, publish an article. Each tool is a real function working on real data.
And when it can’t, it says so
If a tool doesn’t exist, or you don’t have permission for that action, the assistant doesn’t make things up: it tells you it can’t, and why. That’s by design — we’d rather give you a “can’t do that” than an invented answer.
