How is it different from business software with a chatbot on top?
A chatbot answers you; here the assistant acts. When you ask for an invoice it doesn't explain where to click: it creates it, in your software, and gives you back its number. Underneath there are hundreds of real tools, one for each thing that can be done.
Where do I use it from?
From wherever you already work. From the portal, from WhatsApp, or by connecting ChatGPT and Claude to your space: then the tools show up inside the assistant you use every day.
What are the device agents?
A program you install on your PC, Raspberry or phone. From then on the assistant isn't locked inside the software: it opens and installs programs, reads USB ports, speaks through the speakers, shows an on-screen alert. Each device declares what it can do, and controlling it requires the consent of whoever holds it.
How much does it cost?
From 15 euros a month for the first level, up to 50 for the complete one. At 170 you get your own containers and database, managed by us. The top level is a licence on your own server, priced by agreement. The full comparison is on the plans page. Paying for a whole year saves you 29% on every level.
Where is my data?
Each business has its own space, domain and website, separate from everyone else's. From the fifth level the database is yours; from the sixth, the machine is too.
I already have a WordPress site, do I need to rebuild it?
No. With WP GPT Automation Pro your WordPress is run from the same assistant: articles, SEO, images, WooCommerce.
Can I manage advertising from SoWay?
Yes. You connect your Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads and TikTok accounts with your own login, and the assistant reads reports and spend, pauses or resumes campaigns, changes budgets and bids. With Roylead, already available, it also builds landing pages and collects contacts; Facebook, Google and TikTok open to everyone as the platforms approve access.
Can the assistant spend or publish without asking me?
No. Anything that spends money or publishes happens in two steps: first it shows you what it is about to do and what it may cost, then it waits for your yes. The confirmation works once, for ten minutes and only for that request: if anything changes, it asks again.
Do the contacts from my landing pages reach my software?
Yes, on their own. You set once what should flow and how often - for example landing-page contacts into your opportunities, or the day's spend into your reports - and SoWay moves it without creating duplicates. It works the other way too: products and images from your catalogue to landing pages and campaigns.
How do I understand what a tool can do?
In your space there is a page where you try the tools one at a time: read what it's for, fill in the fields by hand or let the AI fill them from what you want to achieve, and see the real answer before using it for real.
