The complete guide to SoWay

How SoWay works, what each level includes, how to connect your AI and what to do when something goes wrong. Use the index to jump straight to the chapter you need.

What SoWay is

SoWay is an online workspace for your business, with an AI assistant inside that does not just answer: it does the work. Ask it for an invoice and it will not explain where to click: it creates it and gives you the number.

Every business has its own space: a website with its own address, a panel to manage it and an area for its customers, kept separate from everyone else's.

You use it from where you already work:

from the panel of your space, in the browser;
from WhatsApp;
from your AI (ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity), by connecting it to your space: the tools appear in the chat you use every day.

SoWay is a project by Working With Web. This guide explains how it works, what each level includes and what to do when something goes wrong.

What it can do, and what it cannot

What it can do

Run the website of your business: pages, photos, videos, reviews, contact forms.
Manage contacts, sales, bookings and rentals, with availability requests on WhatsApp.
Put the assistant to work on your data with the tools of your level: the higher the level, the more it does on its own.
Control devices (PC, Raspberry, phone, cash register) where you install our agent.
From level 3: the assistant that answers your customers on your business WhatsApp.
From level 4: advertising (Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok), Google Business Profile and external databases.

What it does not do

It never spends or publishes without your yes. Anything that costs money or goes public happens in two steps: first it shows you what it is about to do and how much it may cost, then it waits for your confirmation. The confirmation is valid once, for ten minutes, for that request only.
It does not see other people's data. Every space is separate.
It does not edit your videos. It publishes them exactly as you upload them: cuts and editing come first.
It does not manage profiles you have not connected. Your pages on other sites stay yours: SoWay works on your space and on the accounts you connect yourself.
It cannot be used without a valid subscription, beyond the free level: see "Payment, expiry and renewal".

Your space: website, panel, customer area

When you sign up you choose a username: it also becomes your address, https://your-space.workingwithweb.eu.

Your space has three doors:

The website, public: what your customers and Google see. It is always online.
The panel, at /mio: only you and the people who work with you can see it. From here you edit the site, look at contacts and requests, connect WhatsApp and external accounts, and manage your subscription.
The customer area, at /my: it belongs to your customers. They find their orders, bookings and support requests there.

The panel only opens from the website of your own space. If you come in from another address you are taken home, to the same page.

Signing up and getting started

Sign up for free at soway.workingwithweb.eu/registrati: your space and your website are created at once.
Choose the level you need: you activate it and change it from the panel, on the Subscription page.
Tell your story: texts, photos, videos, services, the areas where you work.

Guided start-up

Those who activate level 1 for a year do not start alone: a person follows them in chat, with the AI assistant at their side.

At +39 333 777 2464 you get instructions from a person.
At +90 536 069 4799 the system recognises you and you send photos, videos and texts for your website.

The start-up happens once, at the beginning: it covers building the website with the material you send. Once it is complete, you make changes yourself from the panel, or you ask your connected AI. The website is no longer changed from WhatsApp.

The levels

SoWay grows by levels: each one includes those below it.

Level 1 · Start — €15 a month, €127.80 a year. The first step: the assistant knows your data, products and contacts and helps you read and organise them. Profile, company and basic sales.
Level 2 · Operational — €25 a month, €213 a year. The assistant starts doing things for you: quotes, printing, rentals, projects and tasks, emails. Your team works in the same environment.
Level 3 · Smart — €35 a month, €298.20 a year. Chat with the assistant, generated content, memory and analysis.
Level 4 · Complete — €50 a month, €426 a year. The environment opens up to the world: WhatsApp, social media, website, document search and SEO.
Advanced — €170 a month plus 1% of what you collect. Your own container and database, hosted and managed by us. You ask for it from level 4 and it is prepared by hand: it does not switch on with a click.
Enterprise — the system runs on your own server. It is a licence, and the cost is agreed.

Paying for a whole year saves you 29% on every level. Prices are final, with no VAT (flat-rate tax regime).

Payment, expiry and renewal

How you pay

By card, on Stripe: the subscription renews by itself and you can cancel whenever you want from the panel. The service stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

A yearly subscription can have an expiry date: you see it in the panel, on the Subscription page.

Before it expires

If your subscription has a date, we email you 7 days before and the day before, with the link to renew.

When it expires

If you do not renew:

the panel closes: any page takes you to the subscription page;
the tools stop, from your connected AI too: they answer that the subscription has expired;
your website stays online and your customers keep writing to you, booking and buying;
the Subscription page stays open: you renew from there.

As soon as you renew, everything is back as it was, and nothing is lost.

If you never activated a level you stay on the free level: nothing expires for you.

The panel

The panel is at /mio in your space. You sign in with your email and password. The entries are grouped like this:

Management — Sales, Opportunities, Services, Point of sale, Discount codes, Invoices, Tasks.
Bookings — Bookings, Rentals and, for those who host guests, Guest registration and taxes.
Communications — Messages, WhatsApp, AI assistant, Address book.
Website — Site editor, Forms, Reviews, SEO, Statistics.
SoWay — Memory, Apps, Tools, System.
Settings — Settings, Company, Legal, Payments, Team and access.
Account — Profile, Subscription.

You only see what you can use. An entry appears if your level includes it and if that part is switched on for your business: a guest house does not see the gym, and a gym does not see guest check-in. If you open the address of a page your level does not include, you are taken to the Subscription page.

The pages everyone needs

Site editor: add and change the sections of your pages, the texts and the photos.
Tools: try the tools one at a time, read what they are for and see the real answer before using them for real.
Subscription: your level, the expiry date, the renewal.

Connecting your AI

Connecting your AI means giving ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity the key to your space. From then on the SoWay tools appear inside the chat you already use, and you ask for things in plain words: "change the photo on the home page", "who wrote to me this week?", "add to my services…".

Your address

https://your-space.workingwithweb.eu/odoo-gpt/mcp — put your username in place of "your-space". The Connect page builds it for you.

ChatGPT

Settings → Apps → Advanced settings: turn on Developer mode. Open Plugins and press +. Name: SoWay. URL: your address. Authentication: OAuth. Create, choose your identity and sign in. It works on the web with the Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans.

Claude

Customize → Connectors, press +. Choose "Add custom connector". Name: SoWay. URL: your address. Add, then Connect: choose your identity and sign in. It also works with the free plan (one custom connector).

Perplexity

Settings → Connectors → + Custom connector → Remote. Name: SoWay. URL: your address. Authentication: OAuth. Transport: Streamable HTTP. Save, choose your identity and sign in. It works with the Pro, Max and Enterprise plans.

Which identity you sign in with

At the first sign-in you choose whether you enter as owner, employee or customer. The assistant sees and does only what that identity is allowed to.

The tools: how they work

A tool is one precise thing the assistant can do in your space: manage the website, contacts, sales, reviews, a device. Each tool has its actions: "create a page", "list the orders", "reply to a review".

Who can use what

Three things decide whether a tool answers:

The level of your subscription: each tool is included from a certain level up.
The identity you sign in with: the owner can do more than the employee, the employee more than the customer.
The switches of your space: what is turned off for your business does not appear.

If you ask for something your level does not include, the assistant tells you and points you to the level you need.

Reading and writing

Many actions only read. Those that write change your data; those that spend or publish always wait for your confirmation, in two steps.

What you may need before using them

A connected device, for the tools that control a PC, Raspberry, phone or cash register.
A connected account, for the tools that work on Facebook, Google, TikTok or one of your databases.
A panel page to set up, for example WhatsApp or Payments.

Devices and agents

An agent is a program you install on a device: a Windows PC, a Linux computer or a Raspberry, an Android phone, the Chrome browser, the cash register. From then on the assistant is no longer shut inside the back office: it opens programs, reads USB ports, speaks through the speakers, shows a notice on screen.

Each device declares what it can do: the assistant discovers that device's tools when it connects.
You need the consent of whoever has the device to control it.
Without a connected device the agent tools have nothing to control.

To connect one, ask the assistant "how do I connect a device": it gives you the pairing code and the steps for your kind of device. There is a dedicated page for the Raspberry: Raspberry agent.

There are two different WhatsApp numbers, and they do different things.

The SoWay number: +90 536 069 4799

It is ours. If you do not know us yet, it explains what SoWay is and offers a two-minute test on what you could automate. If you are already a customer it recognises you from your number and helps you with:

your subscription;
support requests;
information on how to do something.

Your space is not changed from this number: the website, the products and the settings are changed from the panel or from your connected AI.

Your business WhatsApp

You connect it from the panel, on the WhatsApp page, by scanning a QR code. Your personal WhatsApp can be connected at any level. The assistant that answers your customers on the business number is included from level 3.

On the website, the "Ask for availability" button on rentals opens WhatsApp to your number with the message already written: service, day, time, name and phone of the person asking.

External accounts and advertising

From level 4 you connect, with your own login, the accounts you already use. Each one is connected once from the panel, from its own page:

Facebook and Instagram — page /mio/facebook
Google Ads — page /mio/google-ads
TikTok, ads and videos — pages /mio/tiktok and /mio/tiktok-video
Google Business Profile of your business — page /mio/google-business
Roylead, landing pages and leads — page /mio/roylead
External databases, read-only — page /mio/myexternaldb

Once the account is connected, the assistant reads reports and spend, pauses or restarts campaigns, changes budgets and bids. Every spend waits for your yes.

Roylead is already available to everyone; Facebook, Google and TikTok open up as the platforms approve access.

To disconnect an account, use the "Disconnect" button on the same page.

Getting paid by your customers

To be paid by card you connect the Stripe account of your business from the panel, on the Payments page. Your customers' money goes to your account.

Fiorini

Fiorini are not a credit to top up: they are a spending cap you give the assistant. You authorise a card and decide the limit; every purchase made by the assistant is paid with that card, within the limit, and a purchase is confirmed only if the charge succeeds.

Your data and privacy

Every business has its own space, its own address and its own website, separate from everyone else's. The assistant works only on the data of the space of whoever is signed in.
From the Advanced level the database is yours; with Enterprise the machine is yours too.
With an expired subscription your data stays where it is: access stops, nothing is deleted.

When something goes wrong

"This area is not included in your plan"

The page or the tool belongs to a higher level than yours. On the Subscription page you see which one and can move up.

"The subscription has expired"

The panel and the tools are stopped until you renew from the Subscription page. The website is online. If you have already paid, reply to the reminder email.

I enter the panel and end up on a different address

That is intended: the panel only opens from the website of your own space.

My AI does not see the tools

Check that you pasted your whole address and chose the right identity at the first sign-in. The steps are in "Connecting your AI".

A tool says a device or a connection is missing

Agent tools need a connected device; advertising tools need your account connected from its panel page.

I need to talk to someone

Open a support request by writing to the SoWay number, or write to the person who follows you: the contact details are in "Contacts".

Technical words

Space — the environment of your business: website, panel, customer area and data.
Panel — the part reserved for you, at /mio.
Assistant — the AI that works in your space.
Tool — one thing the assistant can do; it has several actions.
Action — a single operation of a tool.
Level — your subscription plan: it decides which tools and pages you have.
Identity — owner, employee or customer: it decides what you can see and do.
Agent — the program you install on a device so the assistant can control it.
Connection — the way your AI, or an external account, is attached to your space. Your AI's connection uses MCP, the standard that lets an AI use external tools.
