No spending without your yes: two-step confirmation

In SoWay, anything that spends money or makes something public takes two steps: first the assistant shows you what it's about to do and what it may cost, then it waits for your yes. Without that yes, nothing happens.

Why saying “I confirm” isn't enough

An AI that wants to finish a task could write “I confirm” all by itself. That's why the confirmation isn't a word: it's a code SoWay generates for that request, and the assistant can only use it after asking your permission.

One confirmation, one request

  • it works only once;
  • it expires after ten minutes;
  • it only covers those details: if you confirmed 30 euros, it doesn't confirm 300;
  • it's tied to you: nobody else can use it.

What asks for it

Changes to campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Roylead, publishing videos, sending newsletters, sending e-invoices to the SdI, publishing site pages and posts. Reading, searching and running reports don't ask for it: they cost nothing and nobody outside sees them.

When you've already said yes

If you click a button in the portal yourself, with the summary in front of you, that click is already your yes: you won't be asked twice. The same goes for flows you switched on yourself.
